Introduction to the motorsport environment, trackside behaviour, paddock discipline, communication standards, and professional expectations, combined with fundamentals of driving dynamics, setup work, performance engineering, telemetry analysis, driver input interpretation, and simulator-based group activities.
Hands-on exposure to F4, IRL, GT and Levitas race cars, covering vehicle systems, subsystem responsibilities, race engineering fundamentals, race weekend workflows, practical car-based tasks, and Stage 2 screening.
Orientation to race weekend culture and professional team conduct, alongside practical learning in motorcycle systems, workshop processes, and paddock task execution.

The pits are where you need to be calm-minded and be aware of all the times. This has really helped me to tackle difficult situations from time to time. No task is too small, and minor contributions can lead to your team's success. Apart from this, I learnt about car setups, race strategy, post-race analysis and briefings. Also doing pitstops, setups and going to race during the rains were an absolute chaotic delight!
